How to request a return
Contact team@en-dolls.com within 90 days of your purchase with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and, for eligible standard returns, a prepaid return label.
Opened bottles are accepted
You may request a return even if you have opened the product. Please contact support before sending it back so your return can be identified.
Exceptions matter
Returns arising from failure to review product contraindications are subject to a 15% restocking fee and actual return shipping costs. Abuse of the return policy may make a return ineligible.
Refund timing
Support will confirm the status and expected timing of your refund. Processing by your payment provider may take additional time.
